The TSF can provide support for:

  •  Emergency rent payments
     
  •  Security deposits & move-in costs
     
  •  Utility bills needed to keep your home safe
     
  •  Essential household goods (bed, linens, basic furniture)
     
  •  One-time crisis relief (medical hardship, employment loss, etc.)
     

Every situation is unique — we evaluate each application with care and respect.

To qualify for assistance, applicants must meet the following:

Basic Requirements

  • Experiencing financial hardship
     
  • Household income generally ≤ 80% AMI
     
  • Currently housed in unstable conditions or seeking stable housing
     
  • Able to provide simple documentation (ID, income proof, rental info)

1. Submit an Application

Complete our confidential online form with basic information about your situation. (This can be found under the TSF Tab)

2. Case Review

Our team reviews your application, verifies documents, and assesses eligibility.

3. Approval & Funding

If approved, support may be given directly to you or applied on your behalf to housing expenses.

4. Stabilization Support

We may connect you with additional community resources for long-term stability.

  • Identification
     
  • Lease or proof of housing
     
  • Recent paystubs or income documentation
     
  • Hardship explanation
     
  • Eviction notice or past-due statements (if applicable)
